Last Sunday, we closed our journey on conscious identity by returning to the butterfly and the tree — two lives that transform without forcing, without rushing, without ever doubting their current stage.
This week, here is your gentle reminder:
You don’t need to be the final form of anything to live fully.
The stage you’re in is enough.
The seed is not less worthy than the tree.
The chrysalis is not less meaningful than the butterfly.
The stage you occupy right now — whether tender, trembling, blooming, or recovering — is not a mistake.
It’s a season.
And seasons don’t apologize for existing.
They simply unfold.
You are allowed to grow slowly.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to rebuild.
You are allowed to transform without announcing it to the world.
Identity is not the finished version of you — it is the way you inhabit this moment.
And every stage, even the quiet and fragile ones, is part of your becoming.
Let the tree remind you:
You don’t need to hurry.
Let the butterfly remind you:
You don’t need to look back.
What matters is not perfection.
What matters is presence.
🌿 Gentle Practice for the Week
Take a few minutes today to ask yourself:
What stage am I in right now — seed, sprout, trunk, or fruit?
Am I resisting this stage, or quietly learning from it?
What is one thing I can do today to honor where I am instead of rushing where I “should” be?
Then, give yourself permission to live this stage fully.
Growth comes naturally when you stop fighting the season you’re in.

Thank you for such an inspiring post. I agree. Every stage we might be in is enough.
Thanks! A beautiful post! What would be becoming?
