Inspired by a personal loss, this poem explores how hope and fear can quietly distort judgment and pull us away from reality.
This feeling, I know. I have held onto hope to the point of delusion in the past. It broke me. Hope springs eternal in my soul, though. I am always hopeful for the life I desire, while I work toward it. I believe that I deserve what I desire.
Hope can be tricky, when it gets us to the point of delusion. Although having hope can be helpful in life
It truly is helpful. It goes well with faith.

It's that crazy balance between hope and desperation. Keeping feet on the ground. You got it here.
Thank you, brother. It’s really a crazy balance. Any tiny imbalance can lead us to illusions
I have lost several bets in a similar way. Always trust your instincts even when they don't get you there.
Loosing that way is crazy. I try to put more trust on my instincts but sometimes hope comes first. So enraging
This really resonates with me today. 💜
Thank you. I’m glad it resonates with you ✨❤️
Hope turning disillusion when it controls us.
Something very human and real.
A beautiful composition, loved the original French version too.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Nimila ☺️
