On Sunday, we returned to the foundation of this space — the idea that we don’t walk alone, and that the lives of others often become mirrors through which we understand our own.
Today, I want to remind you of this:
You don’t need answers to grow.
You need attention.
Life is constantly offering reflections — through people, situations, reactions, discomforts. Not to tell you who to be, but to show you where you are.
We often rush to judge, compare, or correct what we see in others. But sometimes, the real invitation is quieter:
What is this showing me about myself?
You don’t have to agree with every reflection.
You don’t have to adopt every conclusion.
You only have to look — honestly, gently.
Awareness begins there.
🪞 Step for Reflection
Ask yourself today:
What has someone else’s story, reaction, or presence revealed about me this week?
You don’t need to fix it.
Just notice it.

Warmly,
Odel A.

This is really good ♥️
“You don’t need answers to grow.”
okay but this is such a sneaky line?? it just sits there all calm while quietly dismantling my urge to figure everything out immediately. love how this piece keeps saying “look” instead of “fix.” very mirror, very gentle, very caught me in the act.
