This made me think about how often we confuse healing with removing the parts of ourselves we no longer want to carry, when maybe wholeness asks us to understand those pieces and make room for them without allowing them to define us. I especially connected with the idea that there is so much of ourselves beyond what we consciously see. We are always becoming, uncovering, remembering, and meeting ourselves again.
